Ordering:

  2. Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details. Please review this confirmation carefully to ensure accuracy.

  3. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with your FitFlair purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

  2. Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel and final sale items, may not be eligible for return.

  3. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).

  4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

  5. Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer support team. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
